CUMPLEAÑOS DE MAR EN GIJÓN- MAR BIRTHDAY

 

                  Si te proponen  hacer una tarta para una chica, mujer, fémina o similar y no te ponen ningún condicionante, es cuando deja de convertirse en en un reto y pasa a ser un auténtico gustazo.

                If you are proposed to do a cake for a girl, woman, female or similar, and no one put any determining, is when it gives up becoming a challenge and turns in to a real pleasure.

                    Y entonces, es cuando te das un capricho: estrenas plantillas que estaban esperando su oportunidad; trabajas nuevos colores y pruebas algún nacarado sobre paletas algo arriesgadas.
Eso fue lo que aquí puse en práctica, tratando de obtener un resultado original por su simpleza.

                   And then, is when, you please yourself: you use for the first time stencils, that were waiting for their  opportunity; work on new colours and taste some pearl on palettes something risky.
That was what I put into practice, trying to get an original result by its simplicity.

 

               Los motivos son vegetales, pero, al no aparecer el verde por ningún sitio y meter el contraste de negro perlado, las interpretaciones son más imprevisibles.

Motifs are vegetal, but as green colour appears nowhere and to contrast the black pearl, interpretations are more unpredictable.

                  Pero la destinataria de este "misterio" no tuvo mucho tiempo de averiguaciones, elucubraciones, ni jeroglíficos. Dos rapaces junto a ella, se levantaron voraces, para llegar hasta lo más "hondo" de la tarta...y rapidito

           But the consignee of this "mystery", had no much time to inquiries, imaginings, or puzzles. Two guys, close to her, went voracious until the "deepest" pie...and quickie.

Y fue en Gijón donde se la comieron...
And it was the city of Gijón where they ate it...

 

 

               Y donde se puede disfrutar de la popular y populosa playa de San Lorenzo, custodiada por la Iglesia de San Pedro.

And where you can enjoy the popular and crowde San Lorenzo Beach, which is guarded by San Peter Church.

 

Y contemplar un atardecer en su puerto deportivo.....

 

And look at a sunset on its marina.....

 

Palacio de Revillagigedo.

 Dar un paseo y descubrir alguno de sus rincones o plazas...

To go for a walk and find out, any of its corners and squares.....

 

......y por supuesto aliviar la sed con un buen trago de sidra.

 

......and of course relieve the thirst with a good drink of cider.
